Gizzada, also known as “pinch-me-round”, is a traditional Jamaican pastry. The tart is made in a small crunchy shell with a pinched crust and filled with a sweet and spiced grated coconut. It is believed to be of Spanish of Portuguese origin. It has been in existence since the 19th century.
